i love this app! i was able to meet other cancer patients around my age. it’s easy to use and has specific groups you can use.
I can’t even put into words what this app has done for me in my life. It’s truly been life changing.
This app has truly changed my life. It has allowed me to explore different communities, hear the cancer journeys of others, and connect with some of my closest friends—relationships that I know will last a lifetime. CancerBuddy has given me hope, confidence, a supportive community, and most importantly, friendship.

Such an amazing app
As a cancer survivor this app has been such an amazing way to meet and connect with other people who are battled the same way that I was. Couldn’t recommend enough!!

I couldn’t get a password to succeed so I gave up. Too bad a nice idea has to be so well protected. Maybe its to keep out old ladies like me.

Honestly I used it once and it was ehh. No one is ever on it. There’s like three people in El Paso… and I tried to long back on and it said wrong user name… most disliked app ever…
Great app for people affected by cancer!
As a cancer survivor, it’s amazing to use this app to connect with others that have had similar diagnosis’ to me! I love chatting with others and also joining the support groups. 10/10 recommend!!!!!

Amazing support app
The CancerBuddy app is so innovative and was just what I was looking for. It makes it so easy to connect with other cancer survivors, patients, and caregivers. Love that I can filter people who live in the same state as me or have the same diagnosis I had!! I have nothing but good things to say about the app. I’ve met a hand fun of survivor that I’m so glad to call friends now because of the CancerBuddy app!

Makes Cancer Less Lonely
This app is exactly what I needed as a young adult who is trying to navigate a life with cancer. I not only met people on this app who understand exactly what I’m going through but even made a friend who I was able to meet in-person!

Great Resource for Struggling Patients!
As an oncology nurse, I struggled with finding a good solution for patients looking for support groups especially those who are unable to travel until I found Cancer Buddy! The ease and convenience of use is amazing and the community is so welcoming. I highly recommend this app to all patients with cancer who are in need of personalized support! ❤️

This app is great. As a cancer survivor it truly makes me feel much less alone. I am so happy that this app exists. If you are a cancer patient , caregiver or survivor I hope you get this app.
Great in theory…
Wonderful idea but the app doesn’t seem to work well. It took lots of time to create the profile due to crashing and not loading properly. Once I was done I tried searching the groups but nothing showed up when I typed in the keywords box. All that shows up is the preloaded groups. Finding buddies isn’t very easy either. I can’t search by state. And when I do get results from the filters, they are minimal. So either there’s not many people using the app or it’s not loading properly. Either way, I wish it wasn’t so hard to use. I’ll be looking for other options that are similar.
