Charged me $50 after cancelled
They literally charged me $50 out of nowhere after I canceled two weeks prior. Then on top of that when I figured you know what I’ll just give it a try it’s already paid for I send it to my partner and they want him to pay separately as well. Wild

While the app is great I paid after the free trial and my partner doesn’t get the same features
I absolutely love candle
My partner and I recently started long distance and this app has helped us connect even more! I also had some issues with the app and the candle team answered within minutes and completely fixed the problem! I highly recommended for couples!

Me and my long distance girlfriend use this it’s brilliant it’s one of the only long distance couples app I’ve seen that has a free version aswell got great games and me and my girlfriend have both been enjoying it

This app definitely works! I was skeptical at first but after giving it a fair shot it turned out to be surprisingly deep and great for communication! It’s actually fun!
Great but huge suggestion
Me and my boyfriend love this app and keeping our streak. Being able to ask different things of each other that remind me of that getting to know you stage. But I would say the only suggestion I could make is a streak shield. Sometimes we have days without our phone and it’s just something that would be awesome to not have to deal with a $3 charge to keep the streak going.

me and my boyfriend love doing our daily photos and candle questions, its been really nice using this app as a bonding experience since we are currently long distance! their team was also really helpful in recovering my account so we didnt lose our streak, i would 100% recommend this app for couples!

An app that’s actually worth it?!
Honestly this is one of the first and only apps I saw advertised online that I got that actually did what it said it would do. It’s a lot of fun. The games and questions are always a highlight of our day. It does kinda help with the long distance. Now we’ve only had it for a week but so far the subscription and app are soo worth it. There are small improvements or details I think could be added overtime but over all great!

Problème au niveau des widgets, je ne peux pas mettre les widgets pour le temps passer ensemble ou alors notre date de la relation, et je ne peux pas ajouter de photo de profil je suis sur iPhone et j’ai essayé sur le 16 pro max et le 13 pro max mais je peux pas
Bad update
Absolutely awful update. You completely ruined the best feature on the app. The old Thumb Kiss worked perfectly—it was simple, accurate. Now it’s inaccurate, frustrating, and takes so much effort just to get it to work. Instead of improving it, you’ve made it ten times worse. Please stop fixing things that aren’t broken. Either bring back the old Thumb Kiss or give us the option to use the previous version, because this update has completely ruined my reason for living. I will need to go back on my antipsychotics now thanks a lot. Extremely disappointed.

I hate that I have to pay for it now me and my cousin the app to stay in touch while she’s in college I don’t understand while using the app for about 4 months now neither of us can’t keep our streak going and communicate through random questions who ever is behind this randomly decides to change it and now neither of us can communicate freely I will not be paying

Some features don't work 😭
The app itself is amazing and we keep seeing ads on TikTok and Insta. So me and my partner downloaded it. The only issue I have with it is the one where we hold our finger and feel the vibrate. She can feel on her side but I can't. I can't find the toggle or anything. What can I do?
