This update makes journaling across iPhone and iPad seamless: • Setting up Candor on a new device now finds your existing vault on iCloud and walks you through unlocking it — just enter the same master password you use on your other device. • If your devices ever ended up with separate vaults (this could happen when a second device was set up before the first finished syncing), Candor now detects it and heals it automatically: unlock with your master password and your notes quietly merge into one vault. Used a different password on each device? Settings → Sync Health now has a Merge option — enter the other device's password once and the two vaults become one. Nothing is ever deleted. • Sync Health now tells you when entries can't be read on this device, instead of silently hiding them. • Clearer guidance during setup: use the same master password on every device. As always, sync carries only encrypted ciphertext. Apple never sees your writing. Neither do we.
