Game crashes frequently
In the last few weeks the game has been crashing a lot while I am playing it. I tried closing the apps running in the background but it doesn’t seem to help. This problem has happened in the past but went for a long time with no problem. Now it has started up again.
Addicted
This is the first app-game that I've become honestly addicted to. I’ve had it for years and love it. So much better than candy crush and much cuter too! Unfortunately it’s been crashing a lot the last several months on and off, also you can no longer use candy or cupcake mania without wifi/data which is really disappointing.

Fix bugs
Game kicks me out right when I’m winning and takes my turn away at the same time.

Just like all the Storem8 games, it just randomly disappears and exits on IOS, especially when you’re about to win.
And don’t even bother to write to support. Their “bots” automatically close your support ticket without even sending you a @we don’t care” response.

I dont mind watching ads
To support the team. But Vita Mahjong offers no way out of its ad except to close your app.
Could you drop
Them or ask them to fix it. I will never download their games just because of this issue

OMG Please STOP IT with the Gossip Harbor ads! The game shown in the ads doesn’t even exist, and the ads are horrific. I can’t take it anymore!

Games crashes
What was once a fun game has become unusable. It crashes ( at least every second week) and has to be reopened after each game. This results in no rewards for successfully completing a level.
Needs to be fixed sooner rather than later.
Is this app still being updated? If not kindly let user know that what you see is what you get.

WARNING AVOID THIS GAME! Edited 4/17/26 This might be the only game where you are forced to watch an ad (that Storm 8 gets paid when you watch). Ads interrupt gameplay and if you do not watch, you lose that play. Note the reviews, note the date of their last game update (coming up on 2 years now).
Note their responses to people’s new reviews (7 yr old responses). Note title/ratings of reviews (crashing/crashes). This is a gaming company that is taking YOUR money/profiting by watching ads they get paid for you to watch. Doing no upkeep on their platform because they cannot FIX it. They’re not going to fix it because they cannot. They’re holding on for your $$$$$$$$.

Constant Crashes and Ads
Unfortunately, the game has constant ads and crashes when you are about to successfully complete a level. This means you have to go back and replay the level. The game was so much in the past, but now it is too frustrating to play.

The game is addictive but of late keeps crashing towards the middle or end of the game, and on the rare occasion that I complete, crashes and doesn’t record my win and takes me back to earlier level when I get back! Very frustrating as it is one of my stress busters but now increases my stress because of this! 😊

Are you even trying? If you can’t fix the game, maybe you should take it down. Worked well for a couple of days, but here we are again! I used to love this game. NOT anymore since it crashes every game! Sad that you have not been able to fix the glitch! We are STILL, STILL, STILL having this same issue. I am not the only one reporting this. The game suddenly closes mid game or the app closes at the end of a game. Very frustrating!

Had to delete
I have had this game for 6 years. I loved it. It was my go to game. Lately I have been getting kicked out of halfway through a game, losing a life and whatever else I used. This has happened so much that I deleted it. There are plenty of other games that won’t piss me off about losing a life.
