Horrible Customer Service
I paid $400 for a mirror bag & wallet. When I unpackaged it, there was an issue with the purse and a piece had broken off. I have emailed 3 times, text, tried to reach out on FB Messenger and I can not get a response. Her policy is she must have it back in 48 hours - kind of hard to do when I can’t get in contact with her. I saw she’s posted on Tiktok & her personal Facebook since I tried to reach out, so I can clearly tell she is available. Will never order again if this issue isn’t resolved.
