Can’t contact support. Clock for a bonus box stays at 2:22 no matter how much I play. Enjoy game but like fairness also

Game Update Requested.

I absolutely love this game and purchased it a few days ago. However, playing the game a few times, screen shows up without the gem board. I try to tap a few times on the screen but it becomes non responsive . I then have to restart the game to get the screen to refresh properly. I have an iPhone 11 Pro Max running iOS 13.6. Hoping for a quick fix and definitely tons of more levels in the near future. This game us truly awesome.

The game itself is pretty good, but I can’t find a way to get out of the advertisements. That makes it to where you don’t want to play anymore.
