Fun but annoying

When I get to level 15 which is the first ice cream level, it gets stuck when trying to dip and won't let me do it. Iv seen other reviews and see this is a common problem among others so it's just a bug that needs to be fixed which is a shame and a big annoying as it's such a fun relaxing game๐Ÿ˜ข
