Good, limited
Works great, but if you don’t pay for it, there’s a two hour time limit. That’s not that big of a deal because you’re can simply disconnect, reconnect, and have 2 new hours as often as you need. But still, I find it to be a bit of a pain in the neck. Sometimes it glitches and won’t work at all. Easy enough to fix. Offload the app and reinstall it and everything is fine. Pretty good program..

Free version fails to start VPN after watching the very long, mind numbing advertisement videos!
Customer support
I was thinking about upgrading to paid subscription services but I have questions about bandwidth speeds and have emailed customer support several times. No response at all from customer support yet. The app says there is 24/7 customer support. I have my doubts now
Never works well
This app used to be great but now it’s POOR at best. Very rarely works without encountering problems, make you watch advertisements then doesn’t work at all. Avoid there are better VPN’s out there 😡
Lags
The VPN will lag alot of times shutting off so it's anoying knowing that at any time the VPN can turn off and now your no longer on VPN, also the Costomer support can lag for instance Sunday Monday there active to help then rest of week there's no one to talk to, so that's why I gave 2 stars (50% it's solid when it works, but 50% bad when it doesn't work)

Love this vpn I pay monthly but I am having trouble with it VPN won’t LOAD UP no more fix it are I have to stop playing it and stop using it pease fix it.

Never works well
Used to be great with minimal ads, now it’s hit and miss if it will work at all. Many times it doesn’t work at all for hours on end. Until they fix the ongoing issues it’s not worth purchasing!

Easy to use!
Great VPN app! Only had to reload it once in the year I’ve had it….just would not make any connection. And no time limit with the minimal cost paid subscription. Well worth it.

Stops working after a few days, requiring it to be re-installed. Have the paid version too.
Works ok
It works ok but is sometimes in insistent on making you watch minute+ videos so you can use it for free. I often delete it to reset.
