The app does not permit password reset siting reason ‘invalid login name’ even though correct client ID is provided

Please improve the user interface
The user interface has lot many glitches ; original invested amount and current value of stocks does not get updated in real time. The portfolio distribution pie chart is also faulty. The amount for stocks sold does not reflect in account.

Canmoney app
The new version started on 12th April is not user friendly. Selling and buying has big problem.
To Modify an order has become a big problem. Initially a PIN generation facility was there but now not available for me.

Got what all I wanted from the App from Canara Bank Securities. Absolutely fabulous

I am using this app in iPad . The screen outlay occupies full screen and when I want to place buy or sell order unable to place order. App should be made usable by all the gadgets. Because of which I am telephoning and placing order which seems to be risky in case off no.

New app is great
The new app is very intuitive and easy to use. Kudos to Canmoney team.
User interface
App does not support login when market closes till next morning, atleast viewing of stock on hold could be enabled.
There’s no option for order booking till market opens so one may miss initial surge in the stock price. Average purchase price of stock should be made available so one can assess when the shares could be traded.
Needs user friendly applications like other private players.

Buyback share application is not available .
Buyback share application is not available, This app is not user friendly. Option trading is very difficult.
App hanging
On my iPhone I am facing the app getting hanged very frequently. Once logged in it’s really good.
Not good experience as hoped frm this app😣
With all due respect, i'm also a software engineer and know how to design UI. i request you to plz have a glance on other Tradings apps like Angel broking and all and make the app better like them👍🏻

Unable to generate transaction password
Every day I need to uninstall the app and install again to generate transaction password…. I phone XR model…. Latest updated… Vijay

Hi , Sorry for the inconvenience . We are working on updating the app. Transaction password has to be generated only on the day you wish to trade & is valid for that full day only. We would request you to send details of your queries on cbslit@canmoney.in to help you with support.

worst of worst disgusting app, service, UI
nothing is good about this.

Just acceptable
I’m not unhappy but it could be a lot better.
I would only point out the shortcomings:-
Firstly there’s no back office.
There’s no way to read the average value of stocks (sorely missed)
There’re no proper charts, no candlesticks, no adjustable timeframes
I fail to understand what is GAE & GUE in the dashboard.
GTT orders are seriously missed (I have a secondary ZERODHA) account.
The watchlist is limited to 30 stocks
The down time is too long.
Despite this I still like Canara back & Canmoney, it’s a quite stable platform.

Review 2 - Please update the app with simple layouts
Check zerodha’s kite app and please learn from them.. their app is easy to use and very informative and simple in every possible way.
Also give Face ID or biometric login just like kite app. Very useful for everyone.
Hope you guys come up with an update soon.

iPhone X not able to modify the options
Recent days Can money app not working
- during login , when trigger the trade login password ; app in working mode not allow to enter password post receipts of Sms/email
- again close app and open again with login / trade password which got previous action, not able to modify the option line limit to market or bitsot to cash and carry ... not able to trade ..
Loosing the opportunity
Other apps are very user friendly and loginpassword will have save option here ever time need to enter ...
Kindly upgrade to competitors who have the best app on phone as well as laptop .. also provide access to all for intraday
