About

Cannector is CanMe's official client for the Cloud Area Network (CAN) — the next generation of secure, identity-based network connectivity built for modern cloud and hybrid environments. Whether you're connecting to corporate resources, managing remote access, or securing multi-cloud workloads, Cannector gives you seamless, zero-trust connectivity without the complexity of traditional VPNs or network appliances. Key Features: Secure CAN Connectivity — Establish encrypted, identity-verified connections to your Cloud Area Network instantly. Zero-Trust Access — Every connection is authenticated and authorized by identity, not IP address. Self-Service Management — Connect, disconnect, and manage your network tunnels without IT tickets. Multi-Environment Support — Works seamlessly across cloud, on-premise, and hybrid deployments. Real-Time Status — Monitor connection health, active tunnels, and network activity at a glance. Automated Provisioning — Networks that configure themselves based on policy, not manual rules. Compliance-Ready — Built with NIS-2 and BSI IT-Grundschutz requirements in mind. Cannector is the gateway to a simpler, safer, and more sovereign network — designed for teams that demand enterprise-grade security without enterprise-grade overhead.

What's New in Cannector

1.1.1

September 10, 2026

This release makes your connection more reliable: 1. We fixed the Data & Privacy screen could not be scrolled on smaller displays or with larger text sizes, which could leave the consent button out of reach. 2. Clearer messages when enrolling a device — a name already in use, an invalid enrollment secret, or enrollment being switched off now each explain what to do. 3. Reset Password now always opens your organisation's own sign-in page. 4. Updated networking components for improved connection reliability. Thanks for using CanMe. As always, we welcome your feedback.
