This app worked fantastic until it stopped being supported by the update. In order to download my photos I need to be able to use this app. I love this camera and I really hope it gets updated.

This app is amazing and I’ve been using it since I got my G7X two years ago but i have just updated my iphone and I can’t use the app anymore! Getting a message saying the app is not compatible with iOS 11 and the developer needs to update the app. Please update as soon as possible as I use this app on an almost daily basis and now can’t use it at all >.<

Frustrated with Canon!
Just like all the other customers who have posted on this site, I am really annoyed that Canon is too LAZY or indifferent to upgrade their software!
If you want people to ever buy a CANON product again, you need to maintain each devices connectivity!
I like my PowerShot 340HS, but have lost the ability to upload my pictures to my I-pad!

I like to access my camera using my phone to select pictures to share with my family and friends. It is one of the main reasons that I purchased this camera. Please upgrade your app so people can continue to use this wonderful feature!

Fine till it didnt work with update
I loved this app. I was able to take photos on my camera and immediately download them onto my phone. However i can no longer do that because the app is not compatible with IOS 11. Very disappointed.

Camera Connect Flunks
I would have liked to give 0 stars. I gave yet to get Camera Crappy Connect to work, only been trying about 2 months! Camera Window worked every single time, effortlessly! I finally called Canon......Couldn't get it to work via their instructions either. Tech finally decided I have too many pics on myv camera, therefore it won't connect. Funny, I had same number of pics when using Camera Window. By now, I must conclude that I no longer have a camera with wifi. Thank you Canon for needlessly screwing up a good thing!!!!

I have tried to download and view my photos directly to my iPhone and it’s not supporting the current iOS. Please update your app so it compatible. It really sucked having to download my photos to my laptop then emailing myself the photos.
