Not user friendly! Want business setup to print or a camera I don’t have nor want to buy at this tim
Returning due to that! Now I know why it was on sale! Not an easy set up plus the above! People want something easy to set up and use! Not something that’s a pain to setup and customer service kicks you out if you don’t have a phone they didn’t ask for associated with account set up!

MF657Cdw keine Verbindung mehr zur App
Eigtl war es eine gute zuverlässige Kombination. Drucker an, App gestartet und los ging es. Drucken scannen usw alles per Handy Nach 2 Jahren ziemlich genau keine Kommunikation mehr zwischen App und Drucker. Weder per wlan im Netzwerk, auch nicht per direktverbindung oder QR Code usw.
Selbst wlan direkt keine Möglichkeit mehr.
Gibt’s da eine Lösung?

急に使えなくなった
Wi-Fiでは繋がっていてプリントアウトできるが、アプリを通そうとすると突然認識されなくなった。因みに同じ条件下でbrotherの方はアプリ共に何ら問題なく使えている。iPhone新しいのにしたタイミングからか…
From ok to junk
App used to work ok but after you changed it to Canon Print 99% of the time it can’t connect to the network that for 5years it connoted to. You guys sure know how to make something worse.

Failure to print
U dint know what’s wrong with the app but the printer stops printing after one page and says list contact , yet printer read out says it’s still downloading. You have to shut the printer off to clear it

I have been using this app without incident form many years. My MF 8580 is very old and works great. I have had this app as long as I have had the printer at least 8 years. No problems.

Die App sieht gut aus - lässt sich einfach bedienen - nur für mich nicht nutzbar - da sie nur über Wifi arbeitet. Ein Ipad - verbunden über einen USB-C Ethernet Dongle - kann damit nichts anfangen. Daher bitte die verwendete API umstellen auf generisches Ethernet - es gibt keinen wirklichen Grund nur über Wifi zu gehen - das ist eine künstliche Einschränkung des Features Umfangs.

LBP6240にスマホから印刷できなくなった。
何の問題もなくiPhoneから印刷出来ていたのに、ある日突然印刷できなくなる。ユーザ目線でしっかり動作検証いただいているのでしょうか？

Mein MF645C wurde erst nach erneutem QR-Scan gefunden (LAN & WLAN Scan hat nicht geklappt).
Nur max. 300 DPI scans möglich.

I can’t find it output size for printing regular mailing address on envelopes through the app.
This app is trash like airprint.
Finds my device but will not print. Don't waste your time with it.

Stapling options unavailable
Choosing Stapling options is not possible in the app. The same is available in the PC app where one can choose top, centre, bottom stapling options.
