It used be be good

This used to be a good platform but it totally sucks now. Be aware with the new changes you will lose more than you win. They have removed favourite games which is now a definite no go for me. I will be looking for a different online casino. Update: there has been a development. By Sept 5th they will be no longer. If I had known prior I would have kept my money.

Free spin games disappearing from app (iOS)

You get 10 free spins a day, a different game every day. Two of them now, Gold Blitz & Fishin Pots of Gold, have disappeared from the app and don’t show up under free spins or even when searching the games. They pop up as your days free spins then poof. Support does nothing but tell me they see the free games there, this began as just one of them too. Now it’s 2/7 days a wk I no longer get my free spins. Ive tried Safari and Chrome and I now just get a white screen.

Took money from my bank account but never made it to the app.
Tried customer service. They daid it will come back but its been 15 days. They wont reply anymore

Frustrating User Experience – Needs a Complete Overhaul

The UI is extremely outdated—it feels like the app is just a clunky web browser wrapper. You’re constantly being forced to sign back in, which gets old fast. Many elements that look like buttons either don’t function or aren’t clickable at all. Overall, the app is unreliable and unpleasant to use.

Not good

Deposited $20 won a little bit very quickly. Had my balance up to $70 at one point and then I lost it all. Closed my account. App was pretty glitchy and crashed on me once. Also would not except my debit card for payment and had to use etransfer. It kept changing my billing address country to the USA no matter how many times I put my address in.

Issues resolved fast, good customer service

I downloaded this because a lot of people seemed to like it but Because of an issue with free spins i lost some. I contacted customer service and talked to Fabiola who was very responsive and helpful! Spins were re-added and Im now enjoying my game :)
