Absolute garbage

Absolute garbage service and app. Standing right by the machine but the app can’t find it, to create an account. Why do you have to be in physical proximity to create an account?! Guess I’ll starve and not eat instead.

My points got reset

I was so close to get a redeem on 1$ which btw you have to spend around 50$ + and I come and check my points and all gone without getting my points redeem

This app is awful!

Cannot create an account. Have deleted and redownloaded it many times and still cannot connect to my email.

Doesn’t work

Spent an hour trying to create an account. Kept saying invalid credentials even though they worked at the kiosk. Waste of time

Terrible

Impossible to create an account. Trying to verify email and keeps sending me to the company website. Wasted 30 minutes already. Please fix this thing. It’s really terrible.

Doesn’t work. Not enough details

The kiosk doesn’t link/find my phones Bluetooth. I have an iPhone 7s. My phone is up to date and the Bluetooth was on. Also I never got my password reset email.
