There wasn’t a mix of English and Spanish you have to choose which. Teaching stranger danger that it’s because mom will get mad instead of safety is awful. Not sticking around to see if it gets better.
Buggy. We can’t log in or get response from support
We loved this app and my kids have been begging for it but I cannot for the life of me figure out how to get logged in again. I’ve canceled and changed email addresses. I’ve reached out to support. We miss you Canticos.

Had potential
My son loves Canticos and i was excited for this game but sadly it wasn't what i was hoping. the games themselves are fun but often glitch so have to restart the app. Also they get boring quick since they don't have variations for example when it says to pop a bubble in the bathtub game irs always the same letter. it should switch it up Also for the instrument one it should've let you actually "play" one of the instruments. That's just a few issues. Hoping in the figure it gets updated to add more. Sadly after this month ends I will be canceling since my son loses interest in it quickly.

More Advanced Content Needed
The app is very well designed and I really like the interactive nature of the books. We used the app through the free trial for my daughter who is just turning 3. My biggest issue with the app is that the game content is far below what my daughter needs. She knows all her numbers, colors, letters, and shapes in Spanish and English. I can see the videos already on YouTube, so there really isn’t a benefit for me to pay to access those and some books. This could be a really great app if there is just a bit more vocabulary content added.

I purchased the one month and created an account but it won’t even let me log in. Try to log out and redo but didn’t get anywhere

There’s no sound so far
We love Canticos!!! Maybe it’s me but is there a trick to the sound? We can’t hear anything yet.

The bulk of it is videos. I do not want need to pay for my child to sit and watch videos. The website mentioned educational games “updated monthly” however, I have not seen any updates to the games.
Remove the star ratings! Young children do not need the added dose of dopamine for completing a game. Also, provide an option for the speed of the bubbles in the games. They go way too fast!
I really do hope more games are added ( without the star ratings). Games that both aide in language development and key foundational skills such as letter sounds, numbers, patterns, colors, etc. Please add more games that require critical thinking!

I have been paying for the subscription and the sounds on the iPad isn’t working.

We’re raising our daughter primary in Spanish in the USA and it’s hard to find good educational content that she can relate to! This app is spectacular! Really well made and I love that you can set your primary language to Spanish! Highly recommended!!
Cute app, but teases you
This app is built upon a wonderful idea, but of course it requires a subscription to play it at all. It teases you by letting you create an account before it states that you need a subscription. Yes, it does say that it’s subscription-based in the app description, but it’s at the very bottom on purpose.

Just Make It A Purchasable App
I thought this was going to be free since… it is, and of course I figured there’d be some in-app purchases available but we’d still be able to use a free version of the app. But once you create an account, you can’t actually login without paying something. What’s the point? Just make it an app you have to pay for to save everyone’s time. What a let-down.

The app won’t override Lock Screen
This app won’t override my Lock Screen, which is different than most other streaming media apps. This makes it such an annoying experience when my kids are trying to watch videos. Completely takes away the experience. Please fix or update.
