Subscription cancellation
This app is horrible. I keep getting billed for subscriptions but cannot find a way to cancel. Total scam!!
Response from developer
We sincerely apologize for the confusion. Subscriptions are fully managed by Apple. You can cancel your subscription in iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. We cannot cancel subscriptions on your behalf. If you have billing disputes, please apply for a refund directly via Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. To be transparent: CanTree has not received any subscriptions so far. As an independent developer, we currently have no revenue. Any purchase issues can be verified within Apple’s subscription system.
