Avoid this app and card!
It is my first time spend time to rate an app as it is really tooooo unprofessional! I don’t trust this app can mange my money. After calling , emailing , messaging the customer services to ask the application status , finally the customer service decides to reply my message after 3 weeks. But the response is asking for my details. What did you do over that last 3 weeks? If I did not call , you just not do anything ? Very unprofessional and trust less.

Don’t get this card
I orders this for our household thinking it would be a good solution. But when I received the cards and tried to activate them on the app, I continued to get an error message saying there was a technical problem. I wrote several times to the chat but no response. I’m now looking to Revolut instead
Avoid this service
I don’t think I’ve ever written an app review, but needed to for this one since I cannot overstate how bad the customer service is. They take days to respond if they ever actually do and they never actually sent out the card I ordered. When I complained they took 5 days to respond and tell me they’ll have to reorder the card if it hadn’t arrive yet. Don’t bother, use Wise instead.

Top up to e-wallet took weeks to materialise
Sad state of affairs. Money was somewhere in digital space but it just wont load up into my e-wallet. By the way theres a review by a user gbullworthy. Guess what? Shes the founder of Canvas!
