Terrible app
This app does not work consistently. Cannot login. Cannot Face ID login. Cannot use the app. Considering closing my account because of this.
Mobile App
I will be moving my 200k from Canvas on Monday. I’ve wasted countless precious time trying to access my accounts with what must be a practical joke of a mobile app. If I can’t look at my money, I’ll move it someplace where I can. Adios

This app keeps crashing so I’m never able to log into my account.. PSCU was way better!
App takes forever to load
Every time I go to log in, I just see the loading wheel spinning around and around and around. It takes FOREVER to load your app. I’ve had to close out of it three times just now, still haven’t been able to get access to do what I need to do. Missed when the old app actually worked.
Unable to login
I can login to my business account on the regular canvas app but not this app. Apparently it doesn’t work for iPhones.
Used to work
When they came out with the rebranded app it worked well initially but now trying to login is an exercise in futility. If you enjoy watching status wheels spin without actually accomplishing anything then this is the perfect app for you.
Cannot log in with an iPhone
I downloaded this app and I’ve been unable to login after calling tech-support they tell me that it’s because I have an iPhone and it’ll be a while till they get it fixed?
Canvas app
For some reason every time I log in, the app keeps crashing and logs me out. So I’m never actually really to log in. Does anyone else have this issue? I use to use the old app a lot and love using the app because it’s really convenient to have.
