Crashes a lot
This app constantly crashes. It freezes when attempting to scroll in a class to check grades/assignments due. It then kicks you out. I have to wait 30 seconds before getting back in to try to look in another class.
It’s ok when it works.
Good idea just crashes every time I’m trying to look at my kids assignments. So I’m constantly closing and opening the app to see what they are missing. Notifications would be nice too so I don’t have to go into the app so much.
Freezes on grades page
Awful.
Keeps freezing
When I scroll through my kids grades in a particular class it freezes and I have to leave the app and come back in. I still cannot get past a certain point and it freezes again. This does not allow me to see my child’s grades on individual assignments.
Locks up
The app has been constantly locking up when I try to scroll through the classes. Please fix!

When trying to look at my students grades the app keeps freezing. I have to close and reload and it still happens. Happening on the student app too. I contacted support through the app and have heard nothing.
Unusable
After I scroll it just freezes. Useless.

Unable to scroll down on the page. As soon as you try it freezes the entire app. Not useful.

Screen freezes
Every time you click on the course/class and scroll down, the screen freezes or crashes. Every. Time.
I hate this app
This app is the worst. It freezes every time I try to scroll down the assignments to check grades. My kid said it does the same on the student app. Huge waste of time. Also hard to navigate.
Ok for most part
Works for the most part. I’m still new to using it so maybe I’m still learning but seems pretty straightforward but it’s freezes up when I go in to look at the assignments and I can’t see all of them so I don’t know what is going on. I will back out and try to reopen it and it keeps freezing in the same spot.

Locks up when scrolling course assignments, have to force close and will repeatedly do this in the same spot everytime!
Freezes constantly
This app will freeze daily while scrolling in a subject. I have close the app out, log back in scroll and it freezes again.
Freezes every time
I cannot see my sons assignments and his grades for assignments. Every time I scroll down it freezes. It’s very frustrating as a parent this is the only way I can monitor his grades and assignments and I don’t have that access now. Please fix this! I have deleted and reinstalled the app and it still freezes.

How am I supposed to use the app when any scrolling I do freezes the screen!! Your software engineers are a joke to let it go this long!
Freezes relaunch freezes again
I can log in and see course grade, but when I look at assignments, as soon as I scroll down, the app freezes, and I have to close it and reopen, but it freezes again when I go into assignments.
Apps aren’t perfect, but the one star is also because when I click on app support, it lands on a 404.

Screen Freezing
Have had many issues over the past couple months when trying to access grades. Screen will scroll briefly but then freeze. Happens repeatedly. Tried updating and forced close of app. Does not happen for student or teacher canvas apps.

The app constantly freezes a s crashes while scrolling through assignments/grades. I’ve updated the app multiple times for the last 3 months but nothing will fix it.
