Amazing app that helps efficiency with are management, organization, pipeline and more. One of the best tools I have ever used in the D2D game.

It works great. Only thing is, at times. Not fully updated. Also, for some reason, the zoom feature does not zoom in as much as before- making it hard to see how the roofs are oriented most of the time.

Canvass
Integrate Project Sunroof button in the app so we can see which house get the best sunlight hours. Also after 6 months make the pins other people put on houses disappear, so it’s not confusing with the pins I’m putting up.

Thank you for the great feedback! If your company has enabled it, you should see a Project Sunroof option from any Address Card by tapping the "Send to" button.
Pins are misplaced
I love the workflow and aesthetics of the app but the GPS and Pins are not in the right place they are way off and highly inaccurate.

Suggested improvements :
- Location setting: Should update once you click on a new house. Have it constanlty running drains battery very quickly.
- Many of the Icons to mark are unnecessary for day to day knocking. Prioritizing Not interested, Not home, and callbacks should be primary button. Many reps will put a note on their own as to why door needs to be revisited.
Cool features to add:
Tab that tracks numbers so don’t need a tally app
Google Project Sunroof integration to see sun hours on home.
A reset homes feature (may have but hard to find) as sometimes houses too close together merge as one pin making it slower to mark.

Best tool in the D2d industry
Canvass allows me to work more efficiently as a manager, I can set up round robin calendaring for team and not worry about assigning appointments.

This app is great and serves a wonderful purpose for my colleagues and I, but we are all having issues with our phones getting extremely hot.
Best In-App Experience On the Market
I’ve tried all of the canvassing apps on the market (SalesRabbit, Spotio, RepCard, etc…). They all say that they can do the same things, but the user experience is not the same. While the others felt clunky, slow, and glitchy; Canvass is fast-performing, well designed, and intuitive. After implementing Canvass, our sales increased 175%, and our employee attrition decreased by 50%. My employees loved using this.

Excellent for Canvasing
Great app to track canvassing. Excellent maps, house tracking and much more. Highly useful and great customer service. Brenden at Canvass has been very helpful!
Poor expectations set with ability to upload our own leads
We were going to give them a run after having 2 weeks of glitches with salesrabbit. They never mentioned we could only upload 5000 leads but said they were working to add to that limit. So after prepaying for 30 agents for 3 months we realized during onboarding that we couldn’t seamlessly upload our data and couldn’t store any real volume of leads in their platform like their competition. Platform looked great for small teams or agents, but anyone engaging to upload their own leads should consider a different platform.

Excellent Support
Kyle Mortensen is extremely helpful! This door to door sales tool is good. It has a lot of features and has the capability to link with CRMs. I am not great with technology so I found myself confused. With an app like this in my opinion it can only be as good as it’s support so thank you Kyle for all the support. You patiently answered my questions and solved the problems I had. It is really good to know that I can get in touch with you easily whenever I have an issue.

Phenomenal app
I’ve never reviewed an app before but I gotta give credit where it’s due. This app works really well and has minimal bugs. It’s very intuitive and has great features. Although it’s complex it seems to run really smooth. The leaderboard feature prompts a restart at times (i os 15.4.1) but that’s the only bug I’ve personally experienced.

Canvass has allowed me to be more efficient during my daily door knocking routine. Love the ease of use.
Took the best of existing platforms and made it better.
I’ve worked on multiple lead platforms as well as appointment platforms. Some had solid features but the rest of the apps failed to hit the Mark. Canvass has been great at allowing me to see my day to plan and track my progress easily in a nice UI. I would highly recommend it to any sales team or org that wants to dominate their region.
