Subscription model with no warning
I paid for and downloaded this app years ago to preserve my kids’ artwork in a dedicated space. I opened it up to add some new artwork and see that it has been changed to a monthly subscription model. No thank you. There was no email or notice to notify of this change. Now I’m stuck trying to figure out how to download all the artwork I’ve saved here so I can save it somewhere else. Some advance warning and a chance to move content would have been nice.

Monthly fees?
I am disappointed at the new monthly fees for the app. It was something I was not expecting at all. Thats too bad.

Better off taking photo outside of app
Taking the pictures inside the app is frustrating- the editing options are terrible. Better off taking the photos with the regular phone camera and using the iPhone editing tools. Upload to app for organization but I have yet to see the advantage of organizing within this app instead of just making albums on your phone. I haven’t tried making any prints or books yet through the app so can’t comment on that yet. I like the idea of this app, but the editing tools seem oddly subpar considering they could leverage the existing photo editing. For example- you can’t rotate the orientation of a photo without cropping it. Maybe I’m missing something?

Won’t open
I paid for and downloaded this app, but it won’t open. I have deleted and reloaded, but it still won’t open properly.
Tiny files, frustrating quality
After taking a picture of your child’s artwork, the image size is extremely low! When you go back to view it, you can’t zoom in because you’re looking at the full size there on your phone. When you share the image with someone, the file is laughably small—a fraction of the size of the artwork, measuring only a few inches tall on the computer screen. I’m not sure how you’re ever going to get a decent quality print of anything through Walgreens with this super small format, but I already regret losing my $2.99 buying this app.

Leah, We store the images in 2 formats. The high quality image is sent for printing and the lower resolution is stored to display on app so there is no performance issues. Hope that helps clarify.
Pay for Backup??
So I purchased the app but now it wants me to pay an additional $2.99 just for the privilege of backing up the artwork? Shouldn't that be part of the package? Is this some new kind of way to "monetize" the developer's bottom line? So disappointed.
Finally an easy way to save all my kids school work!
I love how easy this app is to organize my kids school work. Each item is organized by child. Can even share with family members. Also had awesome customer support!
Never go away!
Please never let this app go away or I would be devastated! I LOVE using it to store all my children's artwork to get rid of the clutter around the house! It would be great if it had more options for printing (putting one on a page does not really save any space), and to be able to include caption, date and age automatically would be awesome too! I also don't love that when you go to print it mixes both kids artwork into one folder to select - difficult to decipher who's scribbles are who's. ;) Guessing that might be any easy fix? Thanks Canvsly!

Thanks for the kind words! Printing wise we do have a lot of options. You can choose multiple images on a page. Please go into photo books option (Non Walgreen). We like your feedback on ability to choose by artist. We will try to fix that. Please stay tuned!
Difficulties with app
While this app is great for posting photos of artwork online, making a photo book is another story. Most of the photos I'm trying to put into a phot book are automatically cropped, and so much of the photo is lost that it's not worth printing. I hope this can be fixed, or I'll have to look for another way to print a book of my child's artwork. I'm ready to throw all of these papers away!

Emotion book
We collected lots of papers sheets of our kids painting, art and first alphabet or number they ever wrote, we did not want to throw them because we had lots of emotions and memory attached to each of the sheet and that's when we found something amazing called Canvsly. We were able to store all our kids art work at one place and we are going to keep it for ever. Amazing app!!!

Awesome Idea and app!!
Just discovered this amazing app! Awesome way to save and instantly share my kids artworks with family! Now I don;t have feel guilty about losing or figuring out what to do with my kids art!! Recommend it!
Super frustrating so far :(
I'm trying out five similar apps that are meant for saving, enjoying, sharing my kids' artworks. I had no trouble creating an account and setting up each child, but once I began to add artwork it crashed. Next problem is design to save square format only! Either I must place things on a kinda matching, attractive, non-distracting surface because a top and bottom border will be there...or crop off a lot of the picture! Since neither is acceptable for printing, etc,,this one will be deleted for now.

Good Idea needs work
What a great idea to save your children's art digitally. Needs a few changes. Will only save work in a nearly square format so much of the page is wasted. Therefore will not take landscape view of page either.

It's great having a way to capture and organize all of the art one that my daughter constantly creates. And then recycle most of them so they don't pile up to the ceiling! Great app!
Easy to use!
This app lets me be in control of the artwork my kids bring home from school and what they do at home. A few years ago our school district had an online program that displayed our children's artwork, but it was only for one year. This app is better because I can include the fun things they do at home plus I can pick up the personalized products I order at my neighborhood Walgreens. It's easy to use and my kids can set up their gallery on the tablet. It's the best way to organize and privately share all of my kids' artwork. I highly recommend it.

This app offers a solution to 3 real problems and does it simply!
1. The ability to save my kid's artwork and share it with others is valuable.
2. I created a book to give to my out-of-state in-laws as a gift.
3. I use it to organize and share my kiddos artwork but I've also been using it to organize special school awards, great report cards and programs for concert/performances.

Excellent App for Preserving Memories!
I absolutely love this app for keeping my little ones' artwork. Having three preschoolers means we are short on spare time, but thanks to Canvsly my husband and I can quickly and easily photograph and store each of our kids' works of art. Down with mommy guilt for trashing all of their piles of art!

Canvsly Rocks
I used Canvsly to get a bunch of gifts for my niece and nephews- it was a great surprise! All you need is a jpg or photo of their drawings and you can order the whole thing right from your phone. Great concept and simple technology.
Love This App!!
I love this app! It is a safe place to save and appreciate my child's artwork. I add time consuming pieces to the pictures colored at a restaurant. I also love that we can order keepsakes with his artwork. Most importantly, the customer service is amazing! I panicked because the app wasn't loading. I emailed them and I got a quick response stating that his artwork was safe and thanked me for using the app. Once the app was updated, I got another personal email! I RECOMMEND THIS APP! Download and start using!!! :)
