Great potential but glitchy/ missing features
Hi thanks for making this app.
I’m not understanding if I’m doing something wrong or these features just haven’t been added. But on the free version before I subscribe:
1. I cannot align my artworks perfectly to each other or a grid. I need to be able to evenly distribute artwork to have the same amount of spacing in between (e.g. a triptych that’s evenly spaced out). And I need to be able to align these to each other, so they’re all at the exact same height. Please add snaps/grid on the phone app so that we don’t have to eyeball alignment.
2. I cannot zoom into the mockup. It won’t let me pinch to zoom, which makes alignment/seeing details much harder.
3. iPad/Mac apps are even glitchier than phone app. The mac app opens like it’s windowed or can’t properly go full screen.
As well as other bugs.

Not Ready
I wanted to like the new app, it’s not ready (working from an iPhone). And very expensive for cold auto-generated rooms.
Glitchy after first 10 min.
I’ve been using this app for all of 20 minutes and as another reviewer mentioned, once you add the artwork to a room it can’t be edited; when you click on the frame/mat and size buttons they don’t work… it takes you to the screen to change the wall color/texture. If it worked properly, I’d give it 5 stars, as I love the interiors and they fit my work better than other apps I’ve tried. Please fix/update and I’ll happily subscribe.

Great rooms, the rest is terrible
I’m a full time artist and use these apps a lot, Frameit being excellent but the rooms are really bad. I was excited to see the rooms in Canvy but the app is just awful. You can’t edit the art once you put it in the room. The frame, size editing etc don’t work at all. Too bad, I was really hoping this would be better.

Fantastic App
Needed something that allowed me to add my artwork to room mockups. This does the job AND allows me to change the colors of so many elements in the picture to make my art standout in the perfect room. Simply fantastic and worth the subscription

Je suis vraiment désolé que vous ayez rencontré ce bug. Nous l'avons enfin trouvé et corrigé. Le correctif est disponible dans la dernière mise à jour, ici sur l'App Store. Cordialement, Tobias
