After years of using this bank…
I have to constantly change my password. Either the bank prompts me to change my password for security reasons? (Chase and BofA don’t do this, I don’t need to do this!)or just simply forgets my info and am unable to log in, forcing me to change the password. I swear I have changed my password for this account at least more than 10 times already. This alone has got me thinking of closing my account. Extremely annoying!!!

Hardly can ever see my account
The site and application always seems to be down. Nice people and nice bank, but this rating is for the app that always seems to prevent me from seeing my bank account.
