Great Bike & App—Just Waiting on Strava Sync!
I really enjoy riding my Canyon bike, and the Canyon App adds so much convenience to the overall ownership experience. Having direct access to order exact replacement parts for my specific model whenever I need them makes maintaining and servicing the bike virtually effortless.
The one feature that was critical for me, however, was the activity tracking and its integration with Strava. That sync made keeping track of my rides seamless. Do you have an estimated timeline for when the Strava integration feature will be restored in an upcoming app update?

Not syncing
The app is no longer syncing with my strava. After doing the recommended “delete and reinstall” it removed the activity tab entirely.
Useless
Connection with Strava are not working or just sometimes. I uninstalled and reinstalled both apps a couple of times to no avail.
Since latest updates there is no activities tab anymore which was useful for mileage and maintenance.
I really wonder why to develop an app which is in fact useless in this regard.

Great app, but Strava connect not working
It does a good job tracking info on my bike, but the 8.4 version can no longer connect to Strava to sync my ride data.

Me alegra muchísimo que haya una app de este tipo. Ayuda al ciclista en muchos aspectos y ahorra tiempo de búsqueda en internet. Dando oportunidad de montar de nuevo en la bicicleta 🚴🏿 a curarme como un chingo.
embedded browser not working
Not sure why but it seemed I cannot get my app render anything as long as I got to the product list page in the App. No matter what network I am using
Übersichtliche App
Ich finde die App übersichtlich und leicht zu bedienen, wenn der Browser mal nicht zur Hand ist. Leider geht die Verbindung mit Strava nicht und es erscheint eine Fehlermeldung, daher ein Stern Abzug.

Ich verstehe die gute Bewertung nicht
Diese App ist leider wirklich alles andere als intuitiv oder auch nur „gut“. Man merkt offensichtlich dass es nur eine Front für einen dahinterliegenden Browser ist. Der Shop ist quasi unbrauchbar. Keine Stichwort Suche für Ersatzteile und Komponenten, keine vernünftige Kategorisierung, keine Zurück Funktion. Das einzige was gut funktioniert ist die Bike Garage und die dort hinterlegten Infos, kriegt man aber auch genau so gut auf der Website. Der Shop ist leider wirklich schlecht. Durch die komische Krücken-Lösung mit Browser in neuem Anstrich funktionieren manche Sachen auch garnicht. Bspw will die Seite beim Produktvergleich, dass man das Handy dreht. Die „App“ (verkleideter und funktionsteduzierter Browser wäre die korrekte Bezeichnung) unterstützt aber einfach garkeine horizontale Benutzung und dreht sich nicht. Auch der Shop lädt oft nur langsam und das Scrollen findet manchmal über mehrere Ebenen statt wodurch man sich auch den Seiten „verirrt“. Für einen so großen Hersteller mit einem solchen enormen Fokus auf das onlinegeschäft finde ich fast lächerlich wie schlecht dieses Produkt ist. Ich versteh bei bestem Willen die gute Bewertung nicht. Ich nutze ausschließlich die Canyon Website im Safari weil diese App dem wirklich in nichts überlegen ist.

FAIL: New Bike Shipment Tracking
So excited for my new bike and needed to see arrival date and time, since signature is required.
Tried to use the app for this, but Canyon didn’t provide a valid tracking number. Not cool.

Impossible de se connecter à l’application
Depuis une certaine mise à jour, il m’est impossible de me connecter. Je rentre mes identifiants et rien ne se passe, cela reste bloquer à la séléction du pays.
Issues with app widget
Happy with the app, until I added a widget onto the phone. Widget is blank, also shows an error when pressing on widget to open the app

Wer kam eigentlich auf die Hirnverbrannte Idee die Suchleiste im Shop durch eine KI zu ersetzen?? Nicht ergänzen, ersetzen.
Man kann in der App nicht nach z.B. Oberrohrtaschen suchen und nach 0.4 Sekunden das Ergebnis sehen, sondern muss sich mit mindestens 3-6 Prompts mit einer generischen KI unterhalten die für jede Antwort 20 Sekunden braucht und dann mit einem ellenlangen Text noch Rückfragen stellt: „Ist ja voll Klasse, dass du dich über Taschen informieren möchtest. Du kannst mir gerne ein Paar Informationen zu deinem Fahrrad geben, dann kann ich dir Tipps geben wie man sich am besten eine Tasche aussucht [……….]“
Das ist ja so viel besser als eine Suchleiste…
