Good calculators, infographics out of date
The calculators available are helpful for any real estate agent wanting to graphically show their clients what to expect as a seller or as a buyer. The infographics offered through their “Premium” membership are woefully out of date. Sometimes as much as two years. Paying for the premium membership might be a waste of your money, which is too bad, as the content could be good, if they respected their clients enough to keep it up to date.

This is absolutely by far the best app in the real estate industry. This is the only tool a real estate agent would ever need especially now with the three new calculators coming out. This App will absolutely make real estate agents lives so much easier.

Don’t Pay For This
I have used this app for years and paid annually for the upgraded version. It’s a nice app but every few months I am forced to write the title sales rep for permission to access the app again after I paid for it. There is nothing worse than standing in a home with a buyer and being denied access to calculate costs for a home they want to write an offer on. Or more embarrassing than letting a seller down because you cannot immediately give them a net sheet. Services in the app you have paid for and expected to use. Even though I have closed multiple transactions with this title company …… the person who approves is a new rep (to me) and does not know me. Thanks Palm Agent for collecting my annual fee and denying me access. I have cancelled, been ripped off, and will not use your products again.

Need improvement
Application was working fine. I contacted the developer to fix it and reinstall the application-after that works fine for 2 times and crashed again. Other than that the application have some great tools and I hope they can fix it soon.
Glitching
I have used this app many times and loved it. But now that I need it to work, it’s glut chi omg and won’t even open up. This is frustrating
