Worst app
The app is only showing one story and all Taboola ads. The Cape Cod Times help desk said they cannot help, since the subscription is thru iTunes. iTunes said they just sell the subscription and the problem is with the App and only the Times can fix it. The answer, I canceled.
It’s ok
It’s ok but many times, some, not all, but some of the news on the front page and second page is news from THREE days ago. Old news. This I assume is because it does not have the full local staffing as it had always had.
Haven’t quite figured this out
I was doing ok with the old digital issue until this NEW edition of digital issue. I think If I use the “browsing” button, I can see and read the paper more easily. I’ll be interested in the new comic strips coming soon!
Great local paper

I have gotten use to the new version
At first I missed the old version but now I am fine with the swipe mode in the newer version. I really enjoy the local reporting and hope the publication can keep up the in-depth local articles. One of the best local papers I have read!
Community Newspapers Are Important
Love reading the local news you cover.
Unusable e-edition
The new e-edition is prettier much unusable. The old one allowed seamless scrolling and zooming and had clear type. The new one has jumbled type, constantly bounces you out to the non-replica edition, and is generally an early morning exercise in aggravation. Likely to cancel if I can’t use the old version of the print replica.

Best of Cape & The Islands & The World
I enjoy starting my day with the CCT. I can quickly catch up on all the local news, as well as the national and world news, sports, lifestyles etc. The mobile app has been updated and improved, which makes the experience and navigation much more reader-friendly. The subscription to the CCT is really all I need as far as premium news services.

Too many ads, little effort to diversify content from print

A total and digital news experience, full of everything my family needs to know. Sports is big in our house, entertainment is important for the adults, and everyone likes to eat good food so we like the section too! Serious news covered very well as is a fine editorial section. What more do we need?

Disappointed that there is no actual paper by pages
I cannot find what is on the first page, second page, etc., of the real CapeCod Times. I don’t like the new format. Maybe my old iPad isn’t pulling it up correctly and I’m missing something? What I’m getting does not work for me.
The paper
High school sports are covered nicely. And we no longer have kids in school! Local photos are great.
Prefer traditional newspaper view
I do not like the e newspaper style- it feels filtered, biased and targeted. I want to see the traditional layout but can not do so any longer on your app.
