App never works
I paid extra to get the Capillus that had the associated app but the app never works! I have tried updating it and closing out of the app but nothing works
Blank screen on loading, wasted time like the old app
Which app are we supposed to use? This one seemed promising and worked at first, now launches to a blank white screen every time. Your company really needs to fix these quality issues with your apps.

Reported this to Capillus last year. Told to delete and reload the app. This has to be done every time I use and close the app. Capillus should have made this a priority to fix last year.
Must reinstall for every use
FYI this app only works once per install. Huge hassle.

The app worked the first time I downloaded it but then it got stuck in a white screen
Awful
For a $2,500 product, the app never works when you need it. Very buggy and will crash randomly. Wish they would approve it since the whole point of the S1 is to have the WiFi connectivity with the app.
It does not work
The app does not work if you upgrade OS. This is pathetic. Fix it!!!
Worthless App
The app does not work, it has not been working for months. The fact that they don’t fix it makes me think the product is worthless.
Frustrating
I have to reinstall the app every time I want to use it. Otherwise, I open it to nothing but a white background.
Broken for last 10 months
It used to work. They broke it with the last update 10 months ago. Now you have to uninstall and reinstall it each time you open it else it’s just a blank screen. For how much they charge one would think they’d be able to get an app fixed in 10 months.

App freezing
I didn’t care really that much for the Capillus app, except when it is time for the daily 6 minute treatment. The problem with the app showed up as soon as I downloaded the IOS 18 software update for the IPhone. The app just started to display a white background to the point where I have to delete and remove the app from my phone and redownload again. I contacted Capillus maybe October or November and the rep apologized and still up to this point nothing has been done. All you can do at this point is delete the app and download and log in

Broken App
How does this company continue to sell their new generation cap, and send out weekly email and text updates about sales all while their app has been broken for months and users were told it would be fixed or a new app would be launched by the end of the year and neither has happened…
Needs updating
It used to work, but with current os it doesn’t at all. If you delete the app and reinstall, it will work once. Then next time you go to use it, nothing but a white screen.
