Update non-existent?
Says I need to update the app to see my balance and stuff, but there’s no update in the store available.
Making Load Payments
You won’t take my payments by card over the phone. I drive an 18 wheeler so can’t come to your branch or obviously you’re drive through.
You also refuse to provide me with any kind of payment booklet so I can mail a slip and check to you.
I’m advised I need to download your app and pay that way on line. I download app. Attempt to create account. It spins for 2 days. After much work, account is created and logged in. So now I’m ready to pay my loan payment! Right?
No! Now it will not let me pay because it says payment methods must be set up by desktop!
You truly make it impossible to make a payment. So you will get it someday.
I absolutely assure you I will never have anything to do with this cluster of a bank again.
