App crashing
Upon updating this app to the latest version, I can no longer open this app. It just crashes. I’m on iOS 24.5. Please advise. I can no longer open the app.

Delay in international wire
There is a delay in international wire to place an n my account… it take more than 2 days particularly in weekend… other than that all perfect

The application is user friendly.
However, the followings are few shortcomings:
1. The text associated with transaction is not clear, misleading and most of the time does not reflect the right meaning.
2. Transactions do not show the balance of the account after the transaction.
3. Transactions are just text. They are not digitally active to open to the user the details of the transaction.
4. Each time you make a transfer the system will take you to the current account even if you have chosen other accounts.

Great start and a good sign for perfect online banking.

Old one is better
The app has improved but the most important feature in it doesn’t work. You cant have statements and transactions are not clear they just show money in and out no details. Other banks gives more cash back. And log in need to be pressed to sign in should sign in directly
