Just had a conversation with Brian in the mortgage department. Had some questions that he answered quickly and gave me some ideas of ways to handle some upcoming challenges. Appreciated it so much.

App no longer works
Not sure what the hell you developers must have done, but I use this app every single day, and suddenly there’s a loading screen and it loads for about 30 seconds just to say “System Error. Please try again later.” I’ve uninstalled the app, reinstalled it, cleared cache, and did the app update, and it still doesn’t work.

accessing information and making payments is so much more easier now! Love the Touch ID as well
Worst app ever
Where should I start? App is slow everytime,transfer never works...ever or if it does its SLOW,randomly my old password will just not work and the app will make me make a new password which takes a million years to do and it only does this when I'm checking out at the store with a giant line behind me. Thus app constantly performs slowly and in adequately even after their "update"

They took my request to get a check from another bank and deposit it as soon as they got it. They did, I am very grateful.

Problems signing in
I don’t know what your IT did but after this last update I can’t sign in on this app. It says my password is wrong. I changed 3 times and it still doesn’t recognize it. Please put your things together. Can’t have an unreliable app for a bank.
Worst App Remake
I genuinely don’t believe I have ever made an app review before but WOW. I am 22 years old, tech fluent, and this new app was completely unnecessary. It’s OVERLY slow and takes too long to load, especially the transfer option/page. I cannot afford to be waiting minutes for a single page to load to move money from one account to another. The process should be swift, otherwise, truly, what is the point of separating accounts? Absolutely disappointing and dissatisfying, every day I mourn the old app.

Capital credit union has been wonderful to work with and their app functions well!!

Incredibly hard to link account
Updated app
Prior to this update I’ve never had an issue with Capital’s app. Since I’ve had to change my password multiple times and then the next time I log in start that process all over again. I’ve even went to their desktop version same thing. Now I’ve deleted the app 2 times and when I download it again and then just open the app says I’m locked out. Frustrating!

Easy to use
I like the new app it’s easy to use except even when I write Mobile deposit only to Capital C U it says error so I must press submit anyways. It does this with 95% of mobile deposits and I do them daily. Other than that I love it!

If paying bills were just a touch of one button instead of three would be great.
