Wrong spelling
Got a card from them and behold my first name was off by one letter they put a t instead of a r close enough to make that mistake. Tried to have it fixed it would be easier than going to wonderland. Nope it would take God himself to change it and the mounds of paper to be signed so this had me not able to have a credit check as my name doesn’t exist so I never could get a descent limit. So I lost it not in a poker game closed it down before any purchases were made and just paid it off even pending ones so that is going to save me 60 or more dollars I don’t have to pay for a card that I couldn’t use as ID and a low limit. Hopefully this will help not a bad CC for new bs just make sure they spell your name correctly.

Best banking/credit card app out there
I’ve been with capital one for a few years now. They have helped me get my credit back on track and I use the credit rating to watch where my flaws are with my credit. I went from being in the worst case scenerios up to mid 700s with the help of capital one. Thanks capital one…you helped me a lot!!!

Great, BUT……
Great app. Easy to navigate and get things done. Seems fast and efficient, but like other customers have said, Capital One needs to coordinate with Apple Pay.
Doesn’t work
It always says it’s undergoing maintenance like it’s a permanently “under construction” website from the 90s. 🙄
That’s likely just their incompetently misleading way of saying the app “requires” iOS 16 and thus I can’t pay my bills unless I get a new phone. 😒

Capital One Canada
This has to be the best credit card I have ever had, they listen connect. If you have a problem they are sorting and fixing it as you speak. Don’t think twice get the card it’s for everyone.

No option to pay on app
Cannot make payment on app or by phone only option is through bank which takes a week customer service phone support is very poor

Don’t waste your time if you need a credit card to start building credit. Their system is so out of date and staff is genuinely incompetent in helping with anything.

Face ID
Face ID doesn’t work and the customer service doesn’t help me with anything

Missing key feature
Lacks key features such as friendly support centre.
Decent but has its issues
There’s quite a few things that don’t seem to work, Face ID for example. Otherwise decent app for banking.
Unusable app
Keeps showing “Error loading transactions. Tap to retry.”
Capital One Offers
Ever since the app has started displaying Capital One Offers, I haven’t been able to access my transaction history. Please remove this addition or provide a method for your users to control whether they want this displayed in the app.
Offers on the Home Screen
Please add an option to hide or collapse Capital One Offers on the home screen. They take up too much space and distract from important account information
