I love the App. I think Capital One is the best Credit Card. I recommend the app & the CC to everyone.
Unable to pay directrly
I wish they would implement an e-transfer payment method like major CC companies do. I think if they add this feature a lot of customers will be happy not just me.
Easy to use
I use the app every day to keep track of my transactions and pay them off as quickly as possible. I’m rebuilding my credit rating after an abusive relationship left me with a huge loc I couldn’t pay, so I had to declare bankruptcy some years ago, even though all my other bills were paid in good time. Capital One is great, and I see myself credit rating going up steadily. Thanks 😊

This card helped me repair my credit faster. I was able to get approved for a mortgage bc of it. I started with a $300 pre paid, moved to $500 prepaid, then eventually they just returned my deposit in a cheque - I didn’t even ask for it- & my card turned into a real credit card eventually getting an increase to $1500 without a deposit. You just gotta actually show your being responsible, you’ll get the benefits if you do.

There really is no way to put an address in your formula if you live in the country. Maybe there’s a cheat I don’t know about?

Worst Experience ever
I Couldn’t use my credit card because my Mailing address doesn’t match my Residential address on the file and i it’s not even me who changed i was on the phone with an agent to ask if it’s possible to change my mailing address to my job office address he told no problem and he made the change . I received the card today and couldn’t use it and reason that the mailing address doesn’t match the residential and no one can do anything there is a restriction on the account and it will close by itself within 2 months . 😂😅🤦🏻♂️

I just came from a business trip outside the country. I’m worried because I haven’t inform my bank about it, And I experienced that not all debit cards can be useful outside the Canada. Good thing the Capital CC didn’t let me down.

Maintenance
Constantly doing maintenance on the app. Unable to access the app more than I am able to access it. If you’re looking for a card with a good app this is not the one for you.
