Bad deal
I bought this app. And it would never open.
Simple and easy to use Export Option Badly Needed
Like the way the app works, but not being able to e-mail a report makes it pointless since I have to redo everything in Excel for my buyers or investment partners. Add that and it suddenly is pretty awesome!
what happened?
this could be a great app but no updates? to the user below, i personally dont want too many details in a quick app. if i did, thats wht excel is for. 30 percent is a good baseline to use. anything more or less is a red flag for somehing
Don't waste money
This app doesn't allow you to enter insurance, HOA fees, taxes....etc. instead you must calculate it all yourself and add it as a "operating expense" and as a percentage! We'll isn't that why I just paid for the calculator???

Good for basic cap rate calculation. Cheap so not bad. Better than some $5.00 apps out there.
