About
This is only for people participating in the CAPS research program run by CSIRO and Monash University.
The Care Assistant Platform for Stroke assists with the delivery of stroke rehabilitation programs by a health service to people who have previously suffered a stroke or TIA. This program is focused on changing people's lifestyle to a more healthy and active one.
It gives clinicians the ability to access and monitor their cohort's stroke risk factors information such as blood pressure, exercise levels and sleep. Some of this data is collected from compatible devices as well as HealthKit compatible devices like Apple Watch. This allows for review before they enter the clinic or are called for a scheduled session.
