Works but no directions
You choose the picture then you click the upper right hand corner. After that it takes you to a similar page where there are two arrows on the top, one on the left and one on the right. You drag them down to where the caption is a cover it to delete. It works but it might take you a couple of times to cover the caption perfectly:)

The developer of the app (if we can call him a developer in the first place) just developed the app to show ads and earn money. Don’t download the app at all
