Captivation Sports Manager

Run your sports club with an AI chief of staff, in one conversation. The staff companion to Captivation Sports, for club owners and office teams. Your club enables your access. Review drafted replies, check payments and schedules, and decide what happens next. The whole app is one thread with your club's AI agents. Naomi, your AI chief of staff, reads the club inbox, the payments and the schedule and tells you what needs you. Her helpers handle parent replies, payments and refunds, gyms and practice times, waitlists and invites, attendance, and staff shifts. Nothing goes out on its own. The agents draft a reply to a parent, an email or text to a team, or a change to the schedule. Review each draft, then send it or choose Not now. A sent reply can be undone for 10 seconds. Money always asks twice and has no Undo. Staff with the money permission approve a refund with two taps after the second step on their phone; the owner's sign in is not needed. Ask in your own words: who still owes, whose birthday is this month, move Tuesday's practice. Add a photo with the plus button, or hold the microphone and talk: your words are turned into text on your phone and you send them yourself. The answer arrives in the same thread. AI disclosure: every agent in this app is an AI assistant and is labelled as AI. The club's server uses AI models from Anthropic (Claude) and TypeSafe (Jev) to read requests and draft replies. Nothing an agent drafts reaches a family until a staff member approves it. Sign in with the email your club has for you, then finish the second step on your phone with a code. New staff use Join a club to link the access their club provides to their email. If your account has access to several clubs, choose one after signing in (agency staff choose the agency first) and use Switch club in the menu to move between them. Parents and athletes use the Captivation Sports app instead. To delete your staff account, open the menu and tap Delete my account. The club owner approves the request within 30 days.
