I want to love this app. It has amazing features .. but

Thank you — all three were real, and all three are fixed. Rename was broken in a few ways: if you'd scrolled down the list it did nothing at all, and longer names quietly shortened themselves later. It now works on smart lists too, which it never did before. Adding selected photos was worse than slow — past 100 photos we were silently dropping the rest. Fixed, and the freeze is gone. The slow library was a server-side problem and is already fixed on our end. The rest lands in the next update. Thanks for taking the time to write it up!

Thank you — this is a genuinely thoughtful review, and it's already useful. Several of the things you're describing are exactly what we're focused on right now, and where you couldn't find them, that's a discoverability gap we're actively working to close. A couple of things you can already do today: Batch grouping: long-press any screenshot in the Library to enter multi-select, pick as many as you like, then tap the three-dots menu — from there you can manage lists and drop them into an existing one or create a new list on the spot. The Lists tab also surfaces AI-suggested groupings you can accept with one tap. We know these aren't surfaced clearly enough yet, and improving how they're discovered is on us. Contacting us: there's a support option in the app's Settings that opens an email straight to us (feedback@azaiq.com) — no App Store loop. You're completely right that the website doesn't surface this and circles back to the store. We're working on a new version of the site and will fix exactly this. On the bigger point: we're actively working on making the Lists experience much richer. That direction is a big part of where we're taking the app next, and feedback like yours is shaping it.
