When I put in a location it doesn’t show me anything. The app is glitchy, sign in doesn’t work. I’m deleting it.

Month Six

Been on the app six months and still haven’t gotten really any real bookings from this app as a photographer. Not really a useful app for photographers. Deleting app.

Nice idea!

The part I like Capture is that they integrate the resources by connecting photographers and clients. They literally provide a platform for freelance photographers.

Was excited

Was excited to finally sign up after getting approved, but they’re asking for my SSN.
I don’t see why you would need that information.

So sorry about this, we have stopped requiring SSN for any sign ups, but taking a step further, we are just removing this field. We initially had this field on our form per Stripe’s instructions, but based on (great) feedback, we are removing it.

They are asking for my SSN

I don’t understand why they need my social security number. For my seems weird, difficult to trust.

We are so sorry about this, we are going to see if we can remove the requirement of the SSN. We send the information to Stripe for your tax information.

Amazing service

Super easy to use and great customer service! We needed headshots for our company and the process to book on capture was so simple. The photographer was professional and finished within an hour. Thanks capture team!

So so sorry about this! It’s fixed now. In an effort to make the app more robust for more users, we adjusted a DNS setting on our domain and it caused a temporary outage. We’ve got an incident manager in place for this now so 🤞you’ll give us another chance.

Great app for on demand photos!

I’ve used capture for getting pics for business needs and special occasions. Definitely an upgrade over any photos I can take and they edit photos too! Highly recommend.

So far so Great

I am one of the vetted photographers approved on this platform
I am going to give them a good rating right out the gate due to the quick response time of the staff, prior to app store approval. we’ll see how they handle the inevitable obstacles to come with breaking in to uncharted territory!

Great for Instagram

Living in NYC and working as a content creator, there’s no shortage launches, celebrations and events, but often times there’s either no photographer or I’m stuck asking the staff to take photos for us. Thanks to Capture, we can get photographers last minute. I love the concept and can’t wait to see how the app evolves.
