No wireless tether with Sony a7V yet?
Usually Im not leaving reviews but how hard is it to make the Sony a7V and bunch other cameras available to tether wirelessly? The camera has been out for 9 months and Im sure there is huge pool of people asking the same question!
Direct connect only, needs access point compatibility
The app works great, but it’s fatal flaw is that you must be connected via direct connect straight to the camera’s Wi-Fi which as we all know is unreliable and spotty. The Sony Monitor & Ctrl app allows access point connections to all cameras connected to the same Wi-Fi network. So you connect your camera and iPad to the same Wi-Fi network and then they can see each other. This is how you support multiple camera monitoring. Even in Capture One, you can see the camera appearing under the connect tab, but you cannot connect to it. the only way is by changing to direct connect and connecting your iPad to the camera’s Wi-Fi.
The result is a poor experience that constantly disconnects with poor range. Shouldn’t require any additional hardware as he’s already capable with most bodies of camera. Please please please fix.

Fotobearbeitung gut, Import aus Fotos schlecht
Die Bildbearbearbeitungsoptionen sind für eine IPad-App qualitativ sehr gut und übersichtlich organisiert. Leider ist der Import aus der Fotos-App nicht zu gebrauchen, da immer alle Fotos zur Auswahl angeboten werden und keine Beschränkung auf einzelnen Alben existiert.

App gets stuck presenting an uninteractable upgrade modal in an infinite loop.
When it came out it was far from polished but was a great start, now it’s unusable. Capture One is now more expensive and less reliable than Adobe – hopefully, they are at least richer.

대체 업데이트 할때마다 왜 이러는건데
전에는 업데이트 후 세로모드 않되더니 이번에는 카메라 연결해서 촬영만하면 메모리카드에 쓰기가 올바로 완료되지 않는다며 아예 튕겨버리네. 데이터 복원 하기를 대체 몇번이나 했는줄 아냐?

Too many bugs to function
Doesn’t work. App doesn’t read raw files, doesn’t tether and is completely useless. Doesn’t work at all. Paid and lost my money, no way to contact them. Impossible scam feeling app. Trash.
Overpriced and Still Feels Unfinished!
For a paid subscription app from Capture One, the mobile version is surprisingly limited and feels unfinished. The workflow is clunky, basic editing tools are still missing, and performance can become sluggish after working with several photos. At the same time, the subscription price keeps going up.
Capture One is excellent on desktop though , which makes the mobile app even more disappointing. Lightroom Mobile is simply much more complete and polished for the money.

Actually not bad, optimization needed.
The app isn’t as bad as everyone makes it out to be its just a different experience then most are used to. What is bad is that selected layers become unselected when you enter and exit the app requiring you to manually reselect without being able to copy over layer parameters. This needs a fix. Because it ruins the functionality.

Ich bin von Adobe zu C1 Pro gewechselt da ich die Farbgebung, Schärfe und weil es auf meinem Laptop läuft :D ( flüssig ). Würde aber nicht mehr zurück wechseln auch wenn das Abo teurer ist wie bei Adobe.

Blocked behind a paywall
I signed up for free trial but the mobile app wont allow me to login unless I subscribe through the in-app purchase. The restore purchase option is only for in-app iOS subscriptions. I subscribed through the web using a google sign-in but the mobile app doesn’t respond.
Bafflingly bad
It edits reasonably well once you get the hang of the very awkward interface. The one unforgivable is there simply no way to navigate to any individual album when opening a photo. You get the main photo feed and NOTHING ELSE. so you can end up scrolling through hundreds of photos to find the one you want. Baffling that an industry standard subscription app lacks basic functionality.

相変わらず修正されないバグ
デスクトップ版も含め毎回何かしらの不具合はCapture oneのアルアルですが、このところ相変わらず改善されないのが、新規アルバムを作成してもアルバムの欄に反映されない事。これが地味にストレスです。
作成出来てないのかと思い、再度作成しようとすると『同名のコレクションが存在します...』と。
それでアプリを再起動してみると表示されるようになります。
こんな基本的なことが出来ないアプリです。

Was worth it
$5 was acceptable as a somewhat reliable companion to c1pro. $11 is just not going to work… I can’t believe this isn’t a giveaway with a c1pro license. I’ve been a loyal c1pro user since ver 3. Too bad. Tethering competitors are coming up and doing a much better job promoting in social media and I need to take good look at them since resolve is poised to eat c1pro for hybrid shooters. Honestly after all these years my conclusion is that c1pro is best in ecomm studios, forget this app. If they offered a $69 one time price, I’d consider that.

Come a long way!
This app must have come a long way since some of the other reviews here.
Layering was available when I downloaded it and it is superior to light room mobiles in that you can adjust individual colours on each layer.
Usability is good despite what others are saying. Maybe it has changed since then.
Most of all I am getting better JPEGS from my Sony files than I get with light room mobile.
I tried it with a monthly payment so I could cancel, but I think I’m going to keep it and replace light room mobile with this.
