Account Overridden??
I just got a new phone and went to sign into my capy care account like always, but it kept giving me a “profile not found” error even though it was fine on my old phone and even briefly loaded some of my old stats. i have tried logging in and logging out multiple times and nothing’s changed. i tried to sign in on my old phone but when i did all of my progress, purchases, and information got overridden and it started me from square 1. i have tried to contact the team and still haven’t received any help. i’d really like to have my account back so if anyone can help in any way id greatly appreciate it. other than this issue i love this app and it helps me keep track with everything i need to do. the outfits and adventures are super cute and i look forward to them every day. i love using this app so much and that’s why i really want to get it back.

Glitches
The Galapagos location hasn’t worked at all, I just get an error at the end of each daily adventure, and there’s no way to switch locations. I wrote in to support, but never got a response, and it’s been over 2 weeks. There was an event for the month of January and for February, but there hasn’t been a new event or new items yet, and old items that you’ve already bought show up in the shop, and you have to spend in order to see new pages that also have items that you’ve already purchased. There’s a lot of potential for this app, but it needs a lot of work. There’s also no way to organize the goals, like a tap to move them would be super convenient, or even by time.

Needs better repeat until done feature
Everything is great about this app except that the button that keeps a task until it is complete doesn't quite carry the task over to the next day, and just leaves it as incomplete for that day. I really want it to carry over to the next day if I don't complete it the day it was scheduled (ex: sending email, or filling out application), but I don't want to set it to repeat daily either as once I'm done with it I won't need to do it again regularly like other tasks (ex: brushing teeth). Please fix and then the app will be perfect. Thanks!
