No refund process..
What a waste of my time repeatedly trying to get support staff to help
This app is worthless. I have spent $100 on two different apps that are supposed to run together in Harmony and neither of the apps work and after a couple of emails they support crew stopped responding. This isn’t a free app. This is an app that’s cost me $40 for one app and almost 60 for the other to run together however it’s not working please help.

Totally useless and Apple will not refund. Tried twice to get refund both times rejected and no reason why. Don’t go anywhere near this app.
