Connection was spotty kinda from the get go. Now the app doesn’t connect at all about a year later. No updates, no manual override for maybe even a basic function. Just headlights☹️. They really looked cool when they did work though. So sad to see a nice product go to waste due to the app failure.
App does not connect
I got the headlights for my Jeep a couple years ago and after 6 months they disconnected and I haven’t been able to use the lights since. I have tried everything… checked the wiring, uninstalled and reinstalled the app everything and the lights still didn’t work.
App not working with iPhone 14+
I just bought a new iPhone 14+ and I am trying to set up the app that is required to have the light to work but it is not allowing me to set it up. Why is it that the app is it not working with my iPhone 14+. Is this app compatible with the iPhone 14 or not. How am I supposed to work my lights. Anyone who’s having trouble connecting with this app and as a iPhone 14+, is there another app that is compatible for the iPhone 14+, please let me know because company that owns this freaking app is not responding or updating this app

Just got the lights and won’t connect to the lights and stuck on red

Worked great at first . Now won’t connect to my phone and it is stuck on green . 😠

Constantly have to delete the app to get it to reconnect to my headlights

It’s so hard to connect to my halo lights in the app, I’ll scan, connect to the light and then the device will disappear off the app💀 and I’ll have to scan again to find it
Not worth the money
The lights are cool but the app is trash! A complete dumpster fire! It takes At least 15 minutes to cut them off. It’s the worst! Not worth the money.
Fraud
These do not work. The app does not connect to lights. I reached out to company and they won’t respond back. They took my money but will not offer a solution or replacement. I am reporting to BBB and all media sources. Do not buy from them!!!

I know we all think we are different but your not. The app worked a couple times and then stopped. Deleted and reloaded, tried everything. They worked a couple days and then never again. So let’s stop thinking we are different and believe the reviews. My lights were installed by a very reputable dealer installing over 100 sets per month. They decided not to use them any more. That should be enough evidence.

What a pain
Cool concept but can never get it to connect to my lights…then when it does it never shuts them off. Keeps connecting to my Bose speaker.
Jeep lights
The lights themselves work great but the app is kinda janky. I would constantly have to reconnect or disconnect it to make it work even after the lights were on just to change the color. Every once in a while the lights wouldn’t even turn off after the vehicle was off or only one would turn off. Do better

Install guy
These lights weren’t going on my jeep because I’m sorry but halo lights are ugly, but I am getting paid to install on someone else’s JK. The screws they give you to secure the ring and the headlight against the house sheared off with a handheld screwdriver. Not to mention the rings did not pair up correctly despite being on the right oriental side. Trying to get the app to connect now. I would not buy these

I saw the reviews on the app and it made me think they were a ripoff but I’ve had my lights for about a month and there great the app is confusing at first but when u really learn it there no trouble

The app will Not connect to Bluetooth! It’s ridiculous for as much as they cost!

Don’t waste ur money!! App stopped working and my lights are stuck in one unchangable mode. Can’t even turn the halo off!

Blue tooth issue
My phone will NOT connect to my halos and seriously the company needs to fix this issue
They stopped working in less than a year
They stopped working in less than a year. They worked ok in the beginning… red was more like pink. But it worked with minor connection issues. Then one day the halos just wouldn’t come on. Checked the wires and even deleted and re downloaded the app. Still nothing smh. Not worth the price.
