Misleading

The app is not able to connect to many cars’ on line screens. That is not clearly identified up front I was very disappointed

No Active Map Tracking

When activating the app, the map displays with no issues. The map also provides directions as expected. The problem is, when just having the map displayed without inputting a destination, the map stays static and does not track your location on the screen for you to just have situational awareness of your surroundings. They need to correct this and the app would be 99% perfect!

Junk

Installed this app and tried to use it but it didn’t work, so I contacted the support team and followed through with everything they said to do which screwed up the navigation system in my car.

Don’t download

I tried for hours trying to get this to work with my 2019 Nissan pathfinder only to find out it wasn’t compatible. I cancelled the subscription and uninstalled the app the same day only to get charged anyway and refused a refund. Beware!!!

Stop

I canceled this when I was informed AppleCarPlay is free. But you continue to lock my account for your $35 payment. Please cease and desist!

Pointless

This is unusable garbage. It will not center itself in the phone screen (bottom of screen not showing), the keyboard will not go when you are finished typing. Can’t even finish setting it up. Useless, pointless and infuriating!!
