Can’t get app to work
I got this app, hoping it would work with my new car and I cannot get it to connect and will not give me my money back to be able to download the right app!!!

Not working with my car
I have 2020 RAV4 hybrid and I am not able to connect app to my car. I paid subscription for 1 year and l cannot use it.

I would like to know if this app works with Honda HR-V 2022 for digital key, the app request to pay before check if this model is compatible but I want to know if this works with that..

Lock unlock freezes need to pair car again
Had to chg to 5 stars to allow full submit. It is 0 stars. App freezes every lock or unlock on my Volvo with supported vin. Lock Only worked when I upgraded sub. Then still froze second button on unlock. Need to pair car every click. Apple says you are going to lose this app if you do not update how subscription is fraudulent look at mine had to pay 8.99 week then 4.99 week. Disputed with apple 3 hrs in and disputing my credit card. New subscribers Pls chg your passwords if you have same issue and cancel for refund as I did.

I bought this app yesterday thinking it was compatible with my Camry . Turns out it is not . I can not find a contact number or a way to cancel the app.
Selling without certainty it works
If you can’t show is working how or why should anyone buy? You haven’t published supported models, no trial period all this app is hustling for money. 2 stars is generous, is really worth none.
Wrong fee
Monthly subscription says 5.99 then when attempting to purchase says $8.99 instead.

I have a 2024 Genesis GV60 which is not compatible.

I should have read the reviews first. Now I’m out the annual fee. Same complaint as others. It said my car was compatible until I paid. No costumer support or response. Take your $ and run!

It says on the opening of the app that it is compatible. It did not let me continue through the app to check around before I had to pay for it. Come to find out it is not compatible and I have no other car to connect too and now have been charged the years rate for nothing. I have tried to get in contact with them through message and it does not send the message. Very disappointed

Don’t waste your time or money. You won’t get any help whatsoever with trying to “connect.” I tried several times with no response at all.
Predatory App
This app plays on predatory practices that constantly encourage you to get the premium version for more services (services as basic as connecting to your car btw). Once you pay the subscription they then no longer accept your vehicle brand or your specific vehicle.
