After installing the app, I found 2 options - 15 dollars monthly or 50 dollars lifetime. I chose the former for obvious reasons, I thought. I entered info about my BMW and when the app tried to connect to BMW's site it failed with Too Many Tries. I retried many times and failed. I think this app is a scam! Don't pay the 15 if you just want to try the app!

Useless for viewing navigation on the car’s built-in screen. Customer service representative Nick refused to respond to a direct request for a refund within an hour of subscribing and founding app unusable.

Pay before you try
Wanted to see what this really does that my Ford app doesn’t. However you can’t get a feel for it without paying. I selected monthly option knowing I could cancel any time. Turns out this does nothing I don’t already have access to on my Ford app. Not worth keeping for me. Went to cancel and find it signed me up for the $49 one time fee AND some $9.99 a month subscription. That doesn’t make me happy. Have requested a full refund. Buyer beware.

It is much better to plug your phone into the car. It’s safer that way as well. It’s very and very expensive not worth the price.
