Useless for viewing navigation on the car’s built-in screen. Customer service representative Nick refused to respond to a direct request for a refund within an hour of subscribing and founding app unusable.

Pay before you try
Wanted to see what this really does that my Ford app doesn’t. However you can’t get a feel for it without paying. I selected monthly option knowing I could cancel any time. Turns out this does nothing I don’t already have access to on my Ford app. Not worth keeping for me. Went to cancel and find it signed me up for the $49 one time fee AND some $9.99 a month subscription. That doesn’t make me happy. Have requested a full refund. Buyer beware.

It is much better to plug your phone into the car. It’s safer that way as well. It’s very and very expensive not worth the price.

Had to pay for the month to only find out it wasn’t supported in my car. They should not list year make and models that won’t work. Total rip off - emailed for refund immediately after they they ghosted me.
