Its disappointing for a child when an app is inexplicably buggy.

It's irritating for a parent to have to test it to find out what the problems are.

This is as much Apple's fault as it is the developers.

Developer, if you plan on charging money for a childs app, make sure it fully works. Stop wasting peoples time.

Apple, stop allowing kids to be ripped off on _your_ app store. Is your 30% worth it?
