I tried to create an account but it said account already used by member then I try to take a photo of an f150 but it says processing error

Trouble making an account

I open the app, click “join the car spotting club”, and go to create an account. I enter everything required for the new account but it says my email is already being used by another account. I tried 4 different emails and it says all of them are being used. I have never once made an account and this is my first time downloading this app. I’m not sure if this is a bug or not but I’m not even able to use the app. Please fix this.
