Not professional
You have to pay monthly! Not how much you used, but monthly! There is no way to contact them. No contact info. All you can do is cancel subscription and you lost hundreds of dollars.
Can’t create an account
It kept giving me 0500 error code when i try to create an account and you can’t use it without an account.

Worst customer service
We wanted to do a trial they charged my card $400 then told me to bad when we said we wanted a refund as the product isn’t that good also was going to charge my card another $400
