Useless App
I feel like $40 was stolen from me. Have tried several times to pair app to my car and have been unsuccessful. There is no way to contact them for assistance.
My Subaru
I LOVE my Subaru!!! I talked my Father into buying one and possibly two others. Oh my goodness everyone has been so wonderful at both Roseville CA and Reno. I felt so bad for Salvador in Reno. He was so kind and patient with my Father. I could not be more thrilled. Corey at the Roseville was so good he pulled up my Subaru and I just fell in love.

I tried to link my car, but I have to access my Buick app that is not active because I need to sign onto on star for the app to activate. I seen this app and thought it was perfect for what I wanted. If I have to sign up and create an on star account (pay for on star) just to connect my car to this app ( pay for this app) I wouldn’t have gotten this app. I’m requesting a full refund since I refuse to sign up with on star and can not seem to by pass that to connect my car to this app. There is no way to contact anyone in any way for this issue. This app should say up front that you have to already have an app like this so it can copy the information. STUPID!! I want a refund!!!!!!

Could not see if my vehicle was compatible with this app, without first making a purchase only to not be able to cancel subscription and getting refunded for an app that wasn’t used.
