Makes Therapy More Accessible
Paying for traditional therapy isn’t a sustainable expense for me, but I also don’t really qualify for low income programs. Caraway has removed the barriers to therapy, and I’ve had access to a great therapist for a few months now. This app, along with getting an SSRI prescribed with my GP, have absolutely changed my mental health situation, and I’m so grateful.

Remove the anxiety around getting help
I am the type that puts off going to the doctors because of all the work around researching, finding and scheduling and appointment.
Two weeks into Covid and a major sinus infection I knew I needed to find a doctor to get some medication to help me heal up.
Downloading, registering and getting setup on caraway was a breeze. I was chatting with a nurse and scheduled to talk to a doctor in minutes.
I was able to share what was going on and get the help I needed without the usual pain of finding a doctor and getting an appointment.
I recommend to all my friends and family.

Easy Way to Access a Health Services
One of the easiest ways to access a doctor, nurse, mental health professional, etc. Everyone is super kind and helpful, and I truly feel everyone should have this kind of access to healthcare. Definitely give it a shot - you even get a free trial period so if you don’t like it, no harm no foul.
Amazing Healthcare Service for Gen Z
I cannot say enough good things about this app. As a college student, I struggle to get quickly get access to reliable healthcare and Caraway has saved me countless times. I can ask the smallest questions, such as how to take care of a blister, to larger questions, such as how to get started on birth control. The Care Team has always had a response in under 5 minutes and on top of that, they are so sweet and supportive! If you’re looking for healthcare from your phone, look no further!

Easy refills
Got my birth control refilled in 5 min, and the doctors were really helpful. They event sent my meds to my school pharmacy!
Sign up bugs
I’m interested in trying this app/source but there seems to be a bug when I try to sign up. On the select college section regardless of the device I use , it doesn’t allow me to view any selections even after typing my school (which then stops me from completing the sign up) Please fix this issue 🙏🏻
