Look up what carb factors are before using

This is the quick-reference on my phone that I needed. As a type 1 who eats a lot of whole foods, weighing out my food and using carb factors to carb count has been the most successful way. The people who complained about not knowing how to use this app. To use a carb factor, weigh the food in grams, then multiply by the decimal (the percent of the weight that is carbs) to get the total carb of that food.

Easy to use app

We use this to calculate insulin dose after weighing food before it is eaten and then weighing what is not consumed. Very easy and allows for more accurate dosing

Measurements??

App just lists food and carb content but fails to tell you how it’s measured..by the cup, by the ounce.....??? Impossible to use.
